Including the doctor at the start of this journey will allow for a more dynamic and accurate assessment. Your past history is critically important to understand how best to assist you with reaching your goal of driving following an illness or injury.

The assessment process is between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours and includes review of physical, visual, cognitive, behavioral and sensory issues associated with the skills needed to safely operate a motor vehicle. A full report follows. This assessment is shared with the consumer and referring physician.

OUTCOMES can include:
- Advance to a behind the wheel trial
- Recommend further treatment
- Possible recommendation to medical professional to help meet DMV criteria
- Need for driving instruction
- Assist with retirement from driving
Services are by Appointment ONLY
- Payment is required before services can be provided
- Services offered in your home to start the driving process in a familiar location
- Super Bills are available for "possible" out-of-network reimbursement
- Services provided by Licensed Occupational Therapist/Licensed Driving Instructor
- Owner is a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist
- Evening and Weekend Services on Request
- Service area is Connecticut and Rhode Island
